A Production Point of Waste Lubricating Oils (W.L.O) is every company that produces by its activity used lubricating oils, like Service and Filling Stations, Ships, Ports, Industries, Craftsmanship, Municipalities, Public Administrations and others.
According to right and environmentally legal administration, the obligations of the Production Points of Waste Lubricating Oils summarized below:
Provide lubricating oils from companies integrated in the Alternative Administrator Management W.L.O. Catalog of integrated companies in A.A.M.
Store W.L.O. in a suitable place, in accordance with the provisions of their environmental permit decrees for environmental terms guarantee (Standard Environmental Commitments)
Do not mix Waste Lubricating Oils with other waste products.
Deliver Waste Lubricating Oils to authorized collectors who have a cooperation contract with the Alternative Administrator Management. Catalog of cooperative with A.A.M Collectors.
Issue a shipping bill or an invoice for every delivery.
Receive the original Identification Form issued by the authorized Collectors, for every Waste Lubricating Oils Delivery.
To be informed for the final management of W.L.O by the collector who delivered them.
To be admitted to the Electronic Register of Waste Products (http://wrm.ypeka.gr) as waste production facilities. This electronic platform oblige every company to submit a report by the end of February of each year so as to expose/ publish the data of the produced waste and the ways of their management.
The Identification Form mention:
The date of receipt, the Quantity of Waste Lubricating Oils (in Kilos or liters), the waste code based on E.C. list of waste, the code of the accompanying document of the transport (ex. shipping bill), the details of the company (ex. the company stamp) that delivers the W.L.O and is signed- sealed by the liable operator and the Collectors details.
To keep a record of all relevant data in order to be available to the inspection authorities (Regional Environment Services, Environmental Inspectors of Department for Environment, Transport and the Regions and other authorizing authorities).
