{"id":1766,"date":"2024-05-09T13:05:20","date_gmt":"2024-05-09T10:05:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/endiale.gr\/partners\/paragogoi-apovliton\/"},"modified":"2025-08-04T00:31:26","modified_gmt":"2025-08-03T21:31:26","slug":"waste-producers","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/endiale.gr\/en\/waste-producers\/","title":{"rendered":"WASTE PRODUCERS"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"section-vc-hero\">\r\n\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/endiale.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/header_paragogoi_img.jpg\" title=\"WASTE PRODUCERS\" width=\"1920\" height=\"500\" class=\"object-fit-cover\">\r\n\t<div class=\"overlay\">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\r\n\t\t\t<h1 class=\"page-title\">WASTE PRODUCERS<\/h1>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"section-breadcrumbs\">\r\n\t<div class=\"container\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"breadcrumbs\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"breadcrumb-item \"><a href=\"https:\/\/endiale.gr\/en\/\" title=\"HOME\" class=\"breadcrumb-link\">HOME<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"information-text\"\r\n    style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/endiale.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ypoxreoi_green_masked.jpg)\">\r\n    <div class=\"info-area\">\r\n        <h2 class=\"section-title\">WLO PRODUCTION POINTS<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"description\">\r\n            <\/p>\n<p>Waste Lubricating Oil Production Point (WLO) is any company that produces used lubricants as part of its activity, such as Workshops, Stations, Ships &#8211; Port Organizations, Industries &#8211; Crafts, Municipalities, Public Organizations, etc.<\/p>\n<p>In the context of the correct, but also legal, environmental management, the obligations of the Waste Lubricating Oil Production Points are summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>To <\/strong>procure lubricating oils from companies included in the WLO Alternative Management System. <a href=\"https:\/\/endiale.gr\/en\/collaborators-results\/?categories=132&amp;country=\"><strong><em>List of companies included in the <\/em><\/strong><\/a><em><u>\u00a0WLMS<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>To <\/strong>store the WEEE in a suitable place, according to the provisions of their environmental permit (A.E.P.O. or P.P.D.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do <\/strong>not mix WLO with other waste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To <\/strong>deliver the WLO \u00a0to licensed collectors who have a cooperation agreement with the SED. <a href=\"https:\/\/endiale.gr\/en\/collaborators-results\/?categories=131&amp;country=&amp;licences=\"><strong><em>List of collectors cooperating with the <\/em><\/strong><\/a><em><u>\u00a0WLMS.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>To <\/strong>issue a Shipment Note or Invoice for EACH DELIVERY.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To <\/strong>receive FOR EACH DELIVERY the original of the Identification Form issued by the licensed Collectors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To be <\/strong>informed about the final management of the WLO by the collector who delivered them<\/p>\n<p><strong>To be <\/strong>registered in the Electronic Waste Register (E.M.A.) ( <a href=\"http:\/\/wrm.ypeka.gr\/\"><strong>http:\/\/wrm.ypeka.gr <\/strong><\/a>) as waste production facilities. Through the electronic platform of the U.M.A. are required by the end of February every year to submit a report with all the waste they produced and how they managed it.<\/p>\n<p><u>The Identification Form states:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Date of receipt, quantity of WLO (in kilograms or litres), the code of the waste according to E.K.A., the number of the accompanying transport (e.g. the Shipment Note), the details of the company (e.g. stamp) that makes the delivery of the <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">WLO <\/span>and is signed-sealed by the relevant person in charge and the details of the Collector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To <\/strong>keep a file with all the relevant data so that it is available to the controlling authorities (Regional Environmental Services, Environmental Inspectors of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources and Environment and other licensing authorities).<\/p>\n<p>\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"buttons-area\">\r\n            <h3
